• 80% chance to use Brave Burst if any party target has under 50% HP
• 20% chance to use Brave Burst on a party with lowest HP remaining
• 100% chance to target a random enemy

In other words, there's 84% chance (20% chance if no party target has under 50% HP) of the unit with Arena Type 5 to use Brave Burst skill (assuming ideal conditions).
