Vargas the swordsman known to all of Agni empire was a strong fighter, although has lost to the swordsman Lava, he aims to get back at her. However, the war of the gods started not giving a chance for a rematch to happen. The people fighting back were all scared of how the gods smashed down places and unfortunate humans to get in their way but there were some of the brave heroes that gave them hope and moral. Vargas is one of them. He led the people while he was at the frontlines slashing at whatever god attacks them. "You may begin," stated the referee as the two knights stared each other down. On the right stood Vargas, young man that became a Knight of Agni, following in the footsteps of his late father. On the left stood Lava, a young woman trained from birth to become the ultimate weapon of the Agni Empire at the cost of being distanced from others until her training was complete. Over the years, both had acquired some fame due to their skill in battle and ability to lead others so, when they met for the first time. a rivalry of sorts was born.

Ok, now this is just super freaky. Not only Lance was right about seeing another thing through a mirror at midnight but, my hand just went just went right inside it! How is that even possible? There were so many questions running that I completely forgot it's still midnight. I sighed in defeat of my unanswered questions and decide to go to bed for the night. Hello, with the sudden halt of character interaction between Lava and Vargas (specially on Lava's 6* description.) I decided to see what goes on other's people's minds and make a fanfic writing contest
The fic would be revolving around the two, and you can choose from these topics
1.) their childhood rivalry
2.) War with the gods and how the battle ensued to the point where they obtained their wings

Chapter 2: Meeting with New Faces
Latias and I flew for a few days without any signs of allies nearby. It seemed like weeks, even months. Eventually, we found someone what would take us in for a new place to stay temporarily. We met a tribe of dragons, who allowed us into their tribe. All we could do was smile back, as we were happy to have a place to stay.
Time progressed, but relatively slowly. We weren't like the others. While most of the others were skilled with the flames, my specialty comes with the water, and Latias specializes with the earth. This caused some conflict between us and the tribe, but I didn't know exactly why before. We stayed with them for some time, not exactly aware that we were being looked down upon.
