I know you're not a dev of this game, but if they add an Omni version of Alma, I will hype up this game, and I will prove once again that Alma is best girl!
You should use Shion's UBB, just to last longer and get in OD faster. This really helps against Vargas and Avant, since they're the most annoying.
First battle, you don't need it unless Silas and Magress happen to OD at the same time.
Second battle, when Atro is about to use his UBB. You can mitigate and guard Vern and Lance unless you let those two OD at the same time.
Final battle, UBB when Vargas Powers up Dandelga and when Avant and/or Vargas OD.
For final battle, BB management is crucial to survive.
Please keep it relevant next time.
A warning, Konpaku.
Hisui lead, Shion, Agress/Gabby (whatever seems best to you), Lauda, Zekt, and Regil friend. So basically the team you already have.
Though, I need to wonder about the stats of your units. You'd pretty much need roughly around 28K HP in order to survive some bad RNG.
Only 1 Omni unit, rest are 7* below, no stat enhancing LS.
Even more challenging. :D
Better w/ Bravest Blade. :)
(I have 5 Bravest Blades, that's why. No Crystallized Tear.)
I deleted the post, yes.
And then about an hour or two later from opening, it goes to emergency maintenance for 4 hours.
Fayde Of Lore, please refrain from swearing in future posts.
This is a warning.
To use UBB, you need to first have a full OD gauge. If that's full, then you swipe left on the unit you want to use UBB. You have 4 turns to fill up the BB gauge and unleash it. Failure to do so will cancel the UBB gauge and the unit will have 0 BC. It shouldn't be hard if you have Fujin Potions/Tonics.
And yes, Shion can be pulled from any of the Diving Summons, not from super rare summon+
Trust me, when you past the revive, everything can go wrong pretty quickly. Stupid DoT and random buff wipes are there. As long as you stay calm, you should be fine.
If you want a quick guide on how to beat Xie'Jing with Taunt units, here's the rundown:
- 90%, have taunter in front row, use Taunt. No one should die.
- 80%, have taunter in back row, use Taunt. No one should die.
- 65%, have taunter where Friend unit often spawns at (back row, center), use Taunt. Taunter should be the only one who dies.
- 50%, you're given 2 turns once you pass through the threshold. Have a 100% UBB Mitigator (ie Feng) along with Taunt. You will NOT be punished for using the UBB, and no one will die.
- 40%, you have to use no more than 2 (S)BB if you want to live. Some guides say 3, but it's best to go 2 to avoid jankyness.
- 33%, you have to use all (S)BB and get her HP past 28% if you want to live. Failure to deal enough damage will result in a nuke.
- 30%, have Taunter in front row, use Taunt. No one should die.
- 25%, have Taunter in back row, use Taunt. No one should die.
- 0%, she revives back to 51%. Repeat everything from the 50% threshold.
And yes, as long as you use Taunt alongside a UBB, you will NOT be punished. You can pretty much Shion UBB span ftw if you want to.
It's for 3 turns, if that's what you're asking.
Vikki is awesome because she's waifu. :p
In all seriousness, Vikki is Water's version of Shion (bar UBB). Her BB does offer more buffs, yes, but her SBB is still a great option to deal heavier damage on enemies. By "Add all elements to attack," it means that all of your units have Fire, Water, Earth, Thunder, Light, and Dark added to their attack.
She could be an alternative to Shion for the hybrid SBB (an SBB that attacks twice) and tri-stat buffs (ATK, DEF, and REC), but she mainly shines when used in mono-water teams (teams consisting of Water units only). She's the only water unit to add all elements and have the tri-stat buff, which really helps. Her ES also gives 20% boost to parameters to all water units in the team, meaning she can make the squad even bulkier. Definitely, keep her. After all, she is LE.
So yeah, your team looks good.
1.) 2 turn mitigator. Highly required if you want to survive. Optional to bring in a second mitigator to avoid RNG nonsense.
2.) Insta-OD filler. This does NOT mean OD fill rate up. You'll need to keep using Ark's UBB if you want to survive, and you'll do it quite often. You'll also be UBB spamming for the last 10 turns, so it helps to have an OD fill to get in the UBB faster.
3.) A lot of BB management fills. This includes BB/Spark, BB/Hit, BBoT, and InstaBB. You'll need it in order to sustain all of your BB options.
4.) HoT. DoT is going to be active throughout the second phase, and you'll definitely need it in order to take his heavy hits.
5.) Burst heals. You need it. Every turn. Trust me.
6.) ADR and conversions. Higher the stats, the better.
7.) LS that manages BB and/or reduces damage. Regil and Cleria are examples.
Items: Fujins, Revives, Hero Crystal
Ravea is a trophy Raid Unit, so you can only obtain her if you were top 1.5% in Season 5. I'm doubting that the Mystery Chests in Season 6 of GRaid will have Ravea as the chance unit. (It should be Dessit's turn, since she was never in the chest.)
Um, the "end turn effects at start" doesn't work in the first of Arena/Colo.
Mordlim is not that great of a back-up mitigator, especially since Seria is Fire, and DoT will still hurt, even with element null.
If she's your absolute only back-up mitigator, then make her tanky enough to handle the DoT (ie Beiorg's Armor).
